Currently Karigor.xyz is operating in Chittagong city only. Soon it will be launched outside of Chittagong.
No. All the prices are only service fees. Customers will need to pay for the appliance cost if it requires to be replaced or installed. And it will only be done with our customers consent. There is no hidden charge in the whole process.
You can pay the billed amount which is the service fee and the appliance cost(if any) in cash after the job is done to the technicians or the Karigor.xyz executive.

We ensure the safety for both customers and technicians from our end. We recruit technicians only after once they submit some identification and other documents to verify them. Only after the successful verification process we onboard them as our technicians. We are also connected to the law enforcement authorities to regulate our system always.
We recruit expert and experienced technicians or service providers then train them in basic communication and observe their professionalism. If it seems the technician is ready to serve our customers we send them to complete orders along with a Karigor.xyz executive who will report to us regarding the service and customer satisfaction level after completing the order. As you can see we don’t compromise with the quality of our service and always ensure that any customer with any service gets the best from us.
After ordering if you face any issue you can easily report to us. Just go to the Orders tab from your app and tap on the Order Details of the order you are facing issues with. Then click on the Report Issue button and simply write to us your problems.
